A Critique of SRB2

You’re making alot of strawman arguments. He never said anything about ignoring control options in the menu. Sonic Team Jr themselves are reworking the menu so it’s not exactly unjustified criticism. As for experience, he clearly knows what he’s doing to an extent as he takes some of the faster routes. Hell even I usually take the slow path in DPZ. You can clearly see he knows what he’s doing in the footage

I mean ig it could be by choice but as someone who has played the game a whole lot it jdut makes me kind of cringe, it's like looking back at when I played the game before I got really good, like yeah maybe he knows whay he's doing in that route but he isn't an expert, like eh doesn't even know some of the emerald locations idt. and about the menu I'm not saying it's great but it isn't as bad as he makes it out to be tbh it's kind of just a basic option screen, and I'm also saying it felt like he just ignored what I told him of whay I think would make the game better i didn't say he was deliberately ignored me, and I also said this to add to my opinion that he doesn't see the full picture of things. By now I kind of respect the guy more again, but I still don't liek the fact that alot of his points sounded like nitpicks more than anything, and I think he could have done so many other things than what he did. For example instead of "the most overrated sonic game" and having "so ass" in the title, what if instead he said "why I don't think srb2 is peak" and still have the usual thumbnail he puts on videos that make not alot of sense. I don't really wanna continue on this thread so I'll just say this is just my thoughts on this whole thing, I don't hate the guy (entirely)
