Posting another day 1 update, both to bump him to the front page and because I noticed a really silly typo I made. Also while I was watching Dylan approve it I realized I should probably make the recommended singleplayer spawn time values the default. Oops!

Wow, That's a Cool Mod Ngl

Never imagined we'd get this far with exe content, this is insanely awesome, straight from Outcome Memories to SRB2. I cannot express how much I'm in love with this addon. I hope there comes the time where talented folks like y'all incorporate more other Sonicpasta characters into SRB2, because there's a lot of them, BRIMMING with so much potential that I'd pay to become playable. Good work you guys, 2011x rocks!!!

You need at least 3 players online for him to spawn naturally. Or you can use the exe_forcespawn command, as @takis-and-soap-enjoyer mentioned.
