Star Fox 64's Andross. Scared of him for awhile, though. I would make my dad play against him.

Which Andross did you get? The one where you have to escape the explosion or the one with the easy ending.

My favorite boss is a human being that is a master at a game. It's fun cause they're more smart then a video game program.

But if I really have to choose it's going to be Doomsday from Sonic&Knuckles 3. When you play as Super Sonic (or even better Hyper Sonic) that seem so epic.
 
I hate being redundant, but I'd have to agree that Kracko is a pretty awesome. Metaknight is second-best.

Then there's that labyrinth boss from Cave Story... I think its name is... X?

My favorite boss was the Final Hazard from SA2, but the Hardest boss I fought was from Sonic and the Secret Rings...Erazzor Jin or Something, I can't remember DX
 
Seeing as there's been no heat for bumping, I have to say Ganondorf from Twilight Princess.
