Hey everyone! I've figured out how to fix custom characters (X Sonic, Adventure Sonic, Modern Sonic) not loading their models in-game! If those models aren't loading but all the VANILLA characters are working fine, then delete these lines from your models.dat:
I've tried and tested and AT LEAST the ones I mentioned in this post will now function. I'm guessing there's some issues with these files causing them and all files underneath to stop loading. Hope this helps!
EDIT: And in case it doesn't work for whatever reason, try just moving the model's lines to the top of your models.dat file. This ensures that they get loaded in first before any potential errors can occur. I think. Just guessing honestly, but before I figured out these 4 had an issue, it's how I checked to see if the models worked at all.

Do not ask people to make things for you, or request certain mods or features. If you have a suggestion for the SRB2 developers, we have a Suggestions thread related to the game. If you want to learn, there are plenty of resources if you search. If you have questions, you are welcome to use the Modding Help forum. Plenty of people will be happy to point you in the right direction.

yeah, i dont get why that be bad, tho i do think it prob be better if it were an extra maybe for general audiences (i couldnt relate, i love fat fang -w-)
