I think this mod clashes with Modern Sonic, does anybody know why it happens? From what I've tested, if I install Modern Sonic after NTOPP, Peppino and The Noise just don't work at all outside of basic movement and jumping, no other abilities work
However, if I install NTOPP after Modern Sonic, I think they all function normally, but now Modern Sonic uses some of Peppino's sounds
