Momentum+

Momentum+ Shadow Bike Fix

I really love how you keep on making tweaks to all characters so that they're as fun as possible! May I suggest some Xsonic changes? I love the character but it's not as enjoyable as the other ones on a first playthrough:

- Zip dash run should be aimable with your cursor (you should be able to move sideways with it, currenlty you need to use WASD and it's super uncomfortable).
- Perhaps make Zip dash's drift state not take away as much speed?
- Definitely remove the jump wind up, or at least lower it considerably. It's really not meant to be in a game like SRB2 due to some platforming sections requiring a lot of precision.
- We should be able to move sideways while wallruning.
- Make it so we need to hold space to snap dive onto enemies/ objects, so that we can avoid accidental snap dives.

And that'd be it. Thanks for listening to my rant!

I just went in to check and try to find variables would allow me to make these changes, but unfortunately there's so much spaghetti code and original variables that trying to find/change anything is impossible. It's the same reason I left Adventure Sonic and Modern Sonic the same. If the original mod's creator is open to feedback, I request that you take your ideas to them. In the next update I'll try to change the jump wind up and Zip Drift, but the rest is beyond my control. Sorry.

Alright then, no problem! I apreciate you even trying to fulfill my request in the first place, so thanks!

Yo, have you ever thought of making a version without the custom momentum physics and only the QoL features of the mod? Things such as the alternate movesets, jump abilities after falling and all of that yknow. Asking because there are many characters that behave weirdly when paired with the mod (shadow's bike "transformation" for example) and, while I could just disable momentum+ and play the character normally, the QoL features are just TOO GOOD and I simply can't play without it 😭. I would also like to experiment and see how other momentum mods work with momentum+'s QoL features, so please consider making a version without the custom momentum physics! 🙏

How do I activate the motorcycle for Shadow? I may be able to fix it without removing momentum entirely, but I don't know how to use it.

Afaik, you have to beat the game (I did it with the emmeralds), then go into the same save file (choose a random stage) and input the konami code: up up down down left right left right spin jump. After that, enemies will have a chance to drop a shadow monitor on death; break it and you'll enter the shadow transformation.

Also, I requested a version without the momentum physics because I really don't want you to edit the mod every 2 days just because I'm hyperfixated on a character and it just so casually has a bug in a very specific situation 😭. I also just want to experiment with other momentum mods and see how they behave with all your amazing changes to the cast's moveset.

clutch boost for amy por favor or does Amy are ready have the clutch boost?
Technically, yes. There's no UI for it, but spamming the Hammer continuously builds speed, capping out at the Max Dash Speed of 72*FRACUNIT. If you know someone good at spritework, I'd love to have a meter for it that fits SRB2's style while still having all the same elements as AntonBlast.

Edit: Actually, there's a Speedometer mod on here (https://mb.srb2.org/addons/really-cool-speedometer.6106/) that would have the same effect anyway, so scratch that.
