* Finally fixed the bots during POSITION so they finally move towards the finish line when the race starts.
* Got rid of a bunch of visual bloat and empty space in the underwater area to save fps. The FPS during the underwater area is now mostly doubled!

Before I dive deep into the mapping trenches for cerv.id's RR map jam, let's fix some dumbass mistakes I overlooked when developing v1.
