I don't know about people but I thought the PC "Sonic P-06" remake was great, controls are tight, character movesets and abilities are immensely fun, level design is fantastic, and the soundtrack and visuals are incredible, not sure if they'll ever be able to fix the hub world and the story...

I do kind of miss the old SRB2 blocky / slopeless level design, SSN characters and classic soundtrack, has a unique charm to it, but thankfully old versions can still be downloaded so I appreciate that.

Comparing a 98 game with a rushed 2006 game is very unfair but still 06 is undoubtedly worse than the adventure games. Adventure games have better controls and better physics.

I'm fine with Modern Sonic, I just want him to shut the fuck up lol, like seriously he talks way too much to the point of being so cringey at times, he can work, Sonic Team just needs to not go overboard with his cocky attitude.
