it believe this happens if you move any sectors using UDMF slope stuff which I'm pretty sure I used. I think it's an easy fix so ye i'll look into it myself later. That's very odd, especially considering the fact I left the Collaboration Stages untouched while I was working on my update.
I'll look into it, but if it's an easy fix for you to do on your own, you could probably do it and send the fix back to me on Discord.
Frankly, I wouldn't have noticed they were supposed to be slopes otherwise.
It's unlikely, given so much of the level's internal data has been altered since the original release with the OLDC.Can this be merged with the OLDC??

However, you could still give it a shot and tell me what happens!
That's very interesting!View attachment 181399
Implementing your updated map isnt a problem at all, it works solid with a few editions here and there. Just missing the Star counter
i sent you the fixed file on discord yesterday btw lolThat's very odd, especially considering the fact I left the Collaboration Stages untouched while I was working on my update.

Going back to this, the missing Star Counter is likely only a minor issue with the changed Map Number. I think I can go back to the R1 2024 OLDC addon and give Personalization Palace back its old Map Number (in its internal data) to bring it back while also making it backwards compatible!View attachment 181399

I went ahead and tried it. Star Counter comes back with the updates intact; however, the enemy spawning Things end up doubling on each other and prevents them from doing anything. Trying to figure out and fix the specifics of that oddity to make it completely compatible with the original OLDC 2024 R1 addon is beyond my scope of what I wanted to do with the map. In other news, I received El-fire's fix for Urban Flight and will publish it with any other requested fixes I end up pursuing this weekend.Going back to this, the missing Star Counter is likely only a minor issue with the changed Map Number. oh dont worry, i discovered everything when i carefully read all the lua files and then i saw not only the gamemap number was modified but the Chat that tells how many stars collected in Netplay was removed so i re-implemented back with the correct amount of stars remainingGoing back to this, the missing Star Counter is likely only a minor issue with the changed Map Number. Honestly since i mostly play on Netplay cuz im leading a server, i havent encountered issues when fully testing, both initial release and latest releaseI wonder when it broke to begin with? I haven't done Netgame Testing in a while, so it may have even broke when the initial standalone release happened.
Do you think you can change the message to read "A Power Star has been collected! [Stars Left] remain within the Palace."oh dont worry, i discovered everything when i carefully read all the lua files and then i saw not only the gamemap number was modified but the Chat that tells how many stars collected in Netplay was removed so i re-implemented back with the correct amount of stars remaining

Happy Julian Calendar New Year!
This is a "Personalization Patch," consisting of a couple requested and collaborated minor updates. There can be more in the future, but this is what I've got now. Once again, this is a patch, so there are no new or meaningful content additions. I've done what I've wanted to do with map.
- Fixed some broken FOFs in Urban Flight. (done by El-fire)
- Updated Urban Flight to use "special" rings instead of "normal"...

...so it seems it kind of applies to Ace the wizard (currently WIP but still available to download from there as a "demo" regardless) too, in a way...played this using kombi (likely the most fitting character for this) and my game lags the HELL out, don't know if its the character himself or the map doing this tbf
(although it doesnt really lag all the time, only on...certain occasions, per say...usually during the "hard mode")
