I know i may never going to be heard but... Hear me out. New passives for the shields for adventure Sonic i have one planned for every single vannila shield

Flame shield- far Thok Goes further and gives damage

Bubble shield- bounce attack goes slightly higher

Thunder shield- every homing attack that hit an target gives an small spark around the Target

Magnetic shield- same thing for thunder shield but the addition is when in contact with water shocks out every enemy around Sonic in an certain distance

Elemental shield- every bounce leaves an fire circle around sonic and on the ground

Armageddon shield- detonate the shield with the c3 button or charge an LSA to detonate the shield when sonic hits an enemy giving 3x damage to the enemy and 2x damage to every surrounding enemy on an distance

Force shield- no knockback! If sonic gets hit with the force shield on he wont get any knockback and will get double time of invulnerability frames that values for both uses of the shield

Whirlwind shield- he gets 2 passives on for single player and one for multiplayer the one for single player is the super jump and pit escape just like sonic has now and the multiplayer one (that can also be used on single player) is the sonic wind! When on the ground charge an LSA or LSD jump and press c3 sonic will do the sonic wind and leave an blue wind trail behind for some time for him or other allies or enemies use for an height increase just like an dust devil but stronger (sonic can also use his for his advantage)

I know that in none of the adventure games sonic even uses the shields but srb2 is an different case and considering that some shields are left behind i had this ideia out of nowhere maybe MetalWario64 or Golden Shine likes it? Idk
Most shields already have their own unique advantages over other shields. But the Flame and Bubble shield do bother me...there's currently zero reason to grab them over an Elemental Shield, which grants spinfire trails, fire+toxic immunity, and infinite air.

I do like the Whirlwind Shield idea, btw. If I make a Sonic Wind effect for Battlemod or something, I might reuse that for coop shenanigans!

Idk if someone already thought of this, but you can do some crazy spam-dashes simply by binding spin to a scroll wheel.
Here I binded spin to up-scroll because it's more comfortable for me, and I used a strategy when I scroll with literally my whole middle finger.

And I'm not sure how accurate this speedometer is because when I tested it had devmode on, I only reached below 120 speed units.​

That would be THIS control binding way down at the bottom of the Controls Configuration menu.

The Armageddon Shield blows up when you get attacked, or can be manually blown up with Custom 3 as well. Same as with the Whirlwind Shield.

It works, but doesn't seem all that consistent to do for a whole level? Also, the speedometer seems exaggerated a bit.

He's talking about the version of the game itself. Your version must be 2.2.13 for SRB2 or the mod may not work correctly.
I'm on android, and this version of SA-Sonic was still broken... sprites, at least. There is this version I found via Google that does work, tho, for anyone experiencing issues with the current version of SA-Sonic: https://mb.srb2.org/threads/adventure-sonic-v1-8b.34146/

Also, yes, I'm using 2.2.13, and it ain't the web version. It's the android port on GitHub.
