i don't know, the concept of super form being buffed at a cost is how it should always work to me so ring burst being buffed but at a large cost,like that player would take decision between what is the best thing to do but i can understand why people would enjoy more playing around with this buffed version without any cost.
I feel like buffing the effect of ring burst while also having it eat up more rings than a minigun eats up bullets is the best way to handle it.
