SpeedWay Characters - very vannila character given the speed treatment

This mod originally started as speedster knuckles speedster duo (speedster knuckles and speedster tails)
then speedway characters a skin patch for every vanilla character to make them faster and more fun

anyway with that out of the way

Okay Sorry for the wait everyone but V2 of speedway characters is out!
sorry this took so long I did a LOT making sure this new version could be the best it could
for now I'll just give a change log because there is so much to this update
but everything will be in a page change

changed Sonic's moveset
(drop dash, peelout, Jumpthok, and instashield)
changed Tails's entire move set everything in his move set is now original
(flight boost, drop down(spin in air)...

Well it doesn't "ruin" him plus just feel free to replace it yourself I know the page says you can't modify this mod but for something small like that I don't really care
