Can anyone help me with a mod im making?

Well, i do have slade with a character .wad template, but i suck at coding and pixel art. Can anyone help with LUA and Sprites? its basically a lean cup mod

i can write the S_SKIN and SOC_PLAY tho.

No offense, but coding and sprites is 99% of the work that goes into a character mod. If you want people to help you, you should contribute significantly to either of those two. Otherwise, you're basically just asking people to make your mod for you.

damn, ok, ill watch 7745734095 youtube videos teaching me to code in lua, but all i know of srb2 lua is custom color lua

As i know there arent any SRB2 Lua videos. But i think there might be some general spriting videos, but probs no SRB2 shading tutorial.

The link that Dylan shared is useful... but only if you already have experience with programming; for that is a reference manual and does not exactly teach you the language from scratch.


If you're new at programming in general, you should try with tutorials that teach you programming from ground zero, like this one: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Lua_Programming
There are plenty of Lua tutorials out there. They aren't SRB2 specific, but they're useful for learning the language itself.
