Pichu's sprites were slightly updated by moving his A2/A8 sprite a little bit forward towards steering wheel and slightly improving his arms on his A1 sprite
One of Pichu's rivals was changed from Tails to Pikachu.
NEW CHALLENGER: Pikachu
I made Pikachu because I thought just one Pichu isn't even enough. He's also my first new character in this pack to have addon characters as rivals (Patafoin's Eevee and my Pichu are the ones being my Pikachu's rivals), and that is not counting any characters that got updated.

Touched up Emolga's death animation a little bit
Oshawott's death animation received extra frames
Two of Oshawott's rivals were changed from Mail and Eggman to Emolga and Stapy's Samurott respectively.
NEW CHALLENGERS: Oshawott, Piplup
Like Emolga, Oshawott was ported from SRB2Kart with very minor sprite changes (not counting any added sprites, of course). Piplup, however, is a new addition to Ring Racers roster.
