Yellow Sun's Character Pack 7.0.0 (Gilgamesh update)

New character:
- Gilgamesh from The Tower of Druaga raises his sword to the raceways!

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a reported issue (through a DM on Discord) where the game crashed upon loading the pack, seems like Sin Cama's DRRR templates (i originally used one of them to make GwinBee) don't seem to work for some users, so GwinBee had to be redone. Hopefully this'll work and make up for it, sorry!

- WinBee and GwinBee from the TwinBee series

Added character:
- Duck Hunt Dog (Duck Hunt)

Other changes:
- gave Pac-Man a "working designs" sign

Change:
- Upon the suggestion of mania123, Wonder Momo's character select/placing icon's outline is now white like the rest of the characters, using Wonder Momo's hair color as a getaround attempt for the color indication thing to be more noticeable

- Power Pro Kun from Konami's Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakyuu series
- Wonder Momo from Namco's Wonder Momo

- Power Pro Kun replaces Jet as one of TwinBee's rivals
- Wonder Momo replaces Wonder Boy as one of Luxcie's rivals

- Blinky now replaces Pooka as one of Pac-Man's rivals

General changes:
- Fixed Pac-Man and Pooka's shading because i think it looked so weird, especially Pac-Man's.

- Shirley Fennes from Tales of Legendia joins in, she has the same speed and weight as Tails (referencing the fact that they both share the same VA)
