Yes this is Yatsuhashi Tsukumo from Stage 4B of Touhou Kishinjou: Double Dealing Character. Why did I make her? Cause I'm the #1 Yatsuhashi Fan duh...(and also because I wanted to and it's been awhile since I sprited for a mod).
She goes over Honey the Cat! Meaning her Stats are a speed of 5 and a weight of 6.
