The beloved raven from Touhou 11: Subterranean Animism returns from Kart at last! Having seen the power the High Voltage Ring can provide, Okuu's picked up a brand new vehicle to show off what her own Nuclear Fusion can do!
Like her appearances in Touhou 12.3: Hisoutensoku & SRB2 Kart, Okuu is able to throw around other racers with ease, boasting a high speed to boot- sitting comfortably in Class I with stats of Speed 8 - Weight 7!
Okuu also seems to have brought along a strangely familiar Borb. (Is it a marketable plushie? Okuu herself in bird form? Who knows?)
It's soft, lovable, happy to toss you Rings, and not afraid to let you or others know to take caution. You'll find it in the Touhou 11 follower category!
