I can let this into releases, but his base color being green is VERY difficult to see on the character and on the rankings. I think the changing color should be his hair instead. Its one of the most prominent parts of the character, and... c'mon, clown hair? That BEGS to be recolorable. aside fromt hat, it's all fine to me!
