Earthbread's holder of the Light of Truth, Pure Vanilla Cookie joins the fray!

He bears the stat combo of [1, 4], equivalent to that of Maria (as seen on the image).

A later update will add his vanilla orchid staff as a follower.

Jessie and Scrappy had a couple iffy bits in their sprites and this update is a simple fix to them.

- One of Jessie's spinout sprites had a bit of the kart's seat look like it was bitten off, it's now been sewn back on.
- Scrappy's ear on its forward diagonal sprite looked a little off so it's been slightly changed.
