'The LoonieLanes' Map Pack

'The LoonieLanes' Map Pack 2.1.1

~ Vino Nitrous: Added a preventative measure to an easily executed ultra-shortcut near the end of the circuit
~ Vino Nitrous: Reduced checkpoint count from 2 to 1

~ Vino Nitrous: Offroad now mildly accessible on banked turns

~ Vino Nitrous: New tripwire shortcut around the wine bottle

~ Vino Nitrous: Each side of the wine bottle now takes a roughly equal 4 seconds to travel with optimal play

~ Vino Nitrous: 'Cork Shake' sound effect reduced to a one-off that fades instead of a looping sound

~ Vino Nitrous: Re-recorded staff ghost

~ Wacky Warehouse: Marked all tripwires to correctly render as Add instead of Transparent
~ Updated the MODINFO lump version entry. Ironically, I forgot it in the previous version release, but releasing another version implies another version bump, so now its just skipped a version. Oh well!
+ 'Vino Nitrous' has joined the roster of 'The LoonieLanes' Map Pack!

~ Changed the icon for the 'LoonieLanes' cup

~ Wacky Warehouse: Changed the lap count from 4 to 3. It was too long!

~ Wacky Warehouse: Fixed clipping on the POSITION boundary

~ Wacky Warehouse: Added ENCORE palette

~ Wacky Warehouse: Re-recorded staff ghost

~ Since DRRR V2.4 RC6 now makes it the default that tripwires extend their collision up infinitely (though bugged until RC7 to not stop at FOFs), all courses in the pack have been updated to disable this being the default tripwire behaviour to instead act as they did before DRRR V2.4 RC6. The end user should notice no difference in this pack compared to the previous release, just a fix to keep up with the DRRR's official releases!
~ Wacky Warehouse: Updated mod versioning to 1.3, restored versioning to the filename following a realization that it breaks MB rules for now to leave it all in MODINFO

~ Wacky Warehouse: (Mostly) fixed a bug related to missing the finish line because one's self tripped OOB, couldn't do it all the way without rethinking the finish line setpiece so it's a meet-in-the-middle solution

~ Wacky Warehouse: Bumped checkpoint count from 1 to 2, additionally no longer allowing the major shortcut to skip any checkpoints it has the chance to

~ Wacky Warehouse: The ramp setpiece around 2/3rds into the track has been completely replaced with a springpad setpiece because CPUs messed the ramp setpiece execution up too often to be fun or challenging

~ Wacky Warehouse: Added reducevfx support to the ANIMDEFs

~ Wacky Warehouse: Re-recorded staff ghost

~ Added a MODINFO lump to the pack such that, when loaded in DRRR 2.4+, the console will print out information about the addon including the current version one is playing and the version(s) of DRRR the mod is designed for.
~ This addon in its entirety has been updated to accommodate the changes between DRRR V2.3, for which this pack was originally developed, and DRRR V2.4 RC1, which shadow-dropped the night before this update. All that this means is that now every 30 seconds or so in each race course of the pack there will be a checkpoint through which the player can gain EXP.

~ Wacky Warehouse: Changed the lap count from 3 to 4

~ Wacky Warehouse: Following community feedback, all rows of item boxes, which once featured 7 item boxes to a row, now feature 4 item boxes to a row.

~ Wacky Warehouse: Following community feedback, it is no longer (reasonably) possible to obtain an item box during the 'Position' phase of a race.

~ Wacky Warehouse: Following community feedback, shortcuts have been erased from the minimap to keep them a secret.

~ Wacky Warehouse: Following community feedback, the 'Escalator Land' shortcut which used to grant an (absurd) 15-second wavedash is now forced to give no more than 2 seconds of wavedash.

~ Wacky Warehouse: A new 'Time Attack' staff ghost has been recorded to replace the one from previous updates to this map to match layout changes to the map itself.

~ Wacky Warehouse: The brightness of the sectors of the map has been brought 75% closer to 'full-bright' as was originally envisioned but previously unable to be achieved.

~ Wacky Warehouse: The PICTURE graphic lump for this map has been replaced with one that matches the current state of the map.

~ Wacky Warehouse: Realigned a few dozen vertices to the map grid to (hopefully) solve a rare SIGSEV crash
