[Open Assets] The Bluish Vibrant Palette 2.1

Theres nothing wrong with you're mod, this is just my opinion.

This feels VERY bright, and weird. My eyes had started hurting while playing the levels that I eventually skimmed through some just from curiosity. The best one yet to me is CEZ1 because of it's dark and gloominess. I do advise checking this out because this is cool but I think I prefer the vanilla one though.

I'll admit, I can barely tell the difference between this and the base game palette at all. I suppose beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I'll let this into releases, but... I don't feel this really does much.
