I had this mod on the back-burner for quite some time and as soon as I pick it up again, Ring Racers suddenly drops! I already put way too much time into this to just abandon it so here's a character mod for Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart to keep this train going!
It's Sybil from Pseudoregalia!

Psuedoregalia is an indie game that came out on Steam in 2023. It's a 3D Metroidvania game with a huge emphasis on movement and platforming and I love it. So of course I had to put her in Kart.
I really wanted to add the big pants but I went with her default outfit because that's her most recognizable.
I imagine that Sybil's giant brass(?) leggings are weighing her down so she's a bit on the heavy side! All of the sound effects were ripped by me because no one has been able to rip the sound effects from the game yet.
Also I mean no ill will toward juicesnatcher and the team doing the Sybil mod for Ring Racers, btw. I think it's awesome that this character is getting the appreciation she deserves! Sybil's a badass and the more of her the better!
