Super Customizable HUD V1.2

With the Ringslinger Revolution's latest update, i made a new check to adapt the new Globals so in later updates in some map packs make sure the Hud properly appears in non-RSR gametypes.

This is why you should always do more than double checks before testing completly without aditional addons...

This will fix the error when RSR is not loaded if you are using this addon alone.

- For now i made a few fixes like the ∞ on the life counter if somehow is set Infinite Lives by Lua instead of the actual Server Options.
- Quake Ranger will not use a Lives and Names customization due to having his unique HUD.
- Added a slight compability with Ringslinger Revolution (Life icons might be a bit wonky but when i get enough time ill fix it properly)
