[Open Assets] SRB2XMAS Sonic v1.2

v1.2 is out, and adds some sprites and graphics from later versions of SRB2 to compensate for some cases where it would default to 2.2's stuff. Not everything has been replaced.

+ Old NiGHTS Super Sonic sprites
+ Lives HUD doesn't show in NiGHTS mode now
+ Probably something else, I forgot

v1.1 of SRB2XMAS Sonic is out with some changes.

+ Added SRB2XMAS midis so you don't have to yourself.
+ Changed various variables to make Sonic play more accurately to his former self.
+ Various sounds from SRB2XMAS are included and used by Sonic.

Mouse Move still doesn't exist, but it shouldn't be hard to implement, just need to take a look at G_INPUT.C in the xmassrcf folder probably.

I rejected this a while ago, but we're going through new coloring rule revisions and decided this addon was good now.
