A new challenger approaches! Spinel!
This is my first ever SRB2Kart mod, so it may be a bit rough. Especially the voice clips.
I may update this if I feel like something should be changed (voice clips, sprite work, etc.).

Hurt sounds were taken from Cuphead and a video compilation of cartoon hit sound effects.
