SRB2 2 1.3

ok so basically i made the 2 characters fully replace the vanilla characters' save files (except for fang 2 and tails 0) and i also have a version where the 2 characters are separate from the vanilla characters if you want to use my mod in servers and stuff

ok so i just realised that knuckles' stomp actually works more like a glide so i rebranded it to that

ok so i just realised that i need to post a version instead of an update, so i did that (now i deleted the update)

so yeah this update fixes bugs and adds actual abilities for knuckles
