SRB Chasers 1.2

I haven't kept track but a lotta stuff's been fixed since last time so hopefully the mod's actually playable now.

You ever feel like you're missing something, and go "naaah"?
Well you're right!

Changes include:
Big problem with empty dedicated servers, whoops...
Finished players get their shield removed.
Finished players cannot collect rings.
Finished players can no longer be (pointlessly) revived.
