[Open Assets] SMS Cup v1.1

Time for the second update! Here's everything changed:

• Nerfed the spike rows in MEGA Aquatic Ruin, and added some Ark Arrows.
• Reduced the amount of bumpers and spikeballs in the building section of MEGA Spring Yard.
• Add blue spheres to MEGA Underground.
• Added a respawn plane to the first fan section in MEGA Rusty Ruin, changed some of the grey springs in the ending section. and lowered the wall you need to get over in said section.

That's all!

Changes:

-Redid the grindrailing section in MEGA Speed Jungle to make each rail a singular zoomtube instead of 3.
