[Open Assets] Skincolor Randomizer 1.2

If any of you snooped around into 1.1's file, then you might have noted that it actually came into a somewhat unfinished state. Well, here it is: but finished!

CHANGELOG
* The players' skincolors will now instantly be randomized, instead of upon the map loading
* There's now a cool little sound any time you use the randomizer!
* The admin commands actually somewhat work now
* FoxBot (and as a consequence, ExAI) was actually already supported... I just assumed that it might break but nah it works
* scr_randocolor no longer works in team gametypes to avoid possible cheating
* scr_randocolor's two arguments, any and any_everyone now actually work properly
* The ramp randomizer was added in: the command is scr_randoramp and it affects all players

As far as I can recall, that's basically it.
Ok, so who cares about this mod?... Nobody? I still gotta update it though because I have plans for it.

CHANGELOG:
* Fixed the players having their color change twice at the start of a level.
* Now compatible with team gametypes.
* The command, scr_randocolor, now has multiple arguments: everyone changes the color of every player. red and blue randomize the team colors in team gametypes. There's also any and any_everyone which make you able to get an unaccessible color, though this doesn't work for now. Wait until v1.1.1 (i swear i wont take that long... maybe)
* There are now print statements when you randomize your skincolor and when you randomize the team colors, along with ERROR prints for invalid arguments and admin only commands.

...That's mostly it, actually. Expect I forgot: the addon file was renamed from SCRando to skincolorrando. buh bye!!!

Okay, so the patch came. Of course, I fixed some issues, and the only real notable things is that I:

1. recoded like the entire script and-
2. renamed the command to scr_randocolor
