More mods utilizing the full 16 rotation slots? That's pretty cool! But anyways, I like Rina's model! Doesn't fit SRB2's style, but still really nice. Her abilities are...eh. She's just a faster Amy. She got a tacked on dashmode, because of course :/. She don't look like the speedy archetype. She looks like she'd have more unique abilities, maybe something to do with music, or, y'know, telepathy. I do like the insta shield-like behavior the wand gives.
Other than cool prerendered sprites, she's...fine. She'd make for a very obviously broken speedrunnable character, which is cool, I suppose. 3/ 5.
