[Open Assets] Shorts Smash Pack! v8 - heh... more like shorts TRACK pack...

wow, a shorts smash pack update only like a week after the previous one? unfathomable! no new characters or followers this time around, but to make up for it, the pack's very first race map has been added!

new additions:

the archives (undertale 2) (RACE MAP)

"extras" pk3 (contains graphics replacements for the title and online menus, menu music replacements, and sound test music for every series represented in the pack! except tamagotchi. i dont know who makes music for tamagotchi games.

happy 2 days late birthday ring racers! here's a completely non-anniversary-themed update to celebrate!

the music for sludgeslime factory is now properly credited to Jun Ishikawa and Hirokazu Ando rather than just being "Nintendo".

i forgot to change the filename prefix to account for the new battle map whoops.
