This addon introduces my OC in Ring Racers who goes by the name Roo the Kangaroo, or Roo for short. The stats for this character are mirrored from Jack Frost in the base game. The pixel art was created by an an artist who wishes to remain anonymous. Additionally, the voice lines for this character are from the following Super NES and Genesis games.
