Some of the animations were broken, so i fixed them

I WAS REALLY BORED DONT JUDGE ME

i did an oopsie and forgot to add the new character select, continue mini sonic and signpost sprites so here you go

-Remade almost every sprite except spin from scratch (not counting super sonic) and made them based around cooler sonic poses because they are more expressive (the spring one and the fall one were from sonic cd's opening cutscene and the damage one was based around sonic 3) here are some comparisons below

-Balanced stats
-Added Triple Trouble mid-air curl (https://mb.srb2.org/addons/triple-trouble-mid-air-curl.1283/) and Paintbrush ability (https://mb.srb2.org/addons/paintbrush.3084/)

-Added spin (mapped to custom 1)

-Added Super Sonic sprites for everything except the Perish Punch
-Added Special Stage sprites

-Made the fact that he doesnt have a spindash more fair by giving him more speed

-Removed Spin Dash
-Added Perish Punch
