This actually looks really cool and well made, and if my server was voting only I would have likely used this, since things seems to go way quicker, which is my biggest issue with "Vanilla" voting. Good job! Really neat you've also made it very customizable; so one could make the less favorable maps show up less, and so on. Since some servers use Aqua's map vote script, one could maybe even implement a way that maps voted a lot as "--" show up less and maps voted a lot as "++" showing up more.
