Nextbots! v4

Thanks to user.mpgx he helped me with a thing that allowed them to jump...
they act a little more like nextbots. they slide across the ground and they jump if you're higher
than them. Also when you spawn them in, It'll have a little spawn delay so you don't get hit immediately. So uh..... yeah.................

-Nextbot sprites now use there own sprite
-Made a noclip version.

-Switched from Bunnyhop to HomingChase!
-Fixed Sprite Alighning!
-No more invincibility jump!
-Gets less stuck now.

-Added flag Skullattack.
-increase the height of the hitbox.
-Made the movement a little more constant.
