New Duochrome Pack v3

Next in line for returns in New Duochrome is Panty, this time courtesy of @PhilsPills ! And this time, she's here for good. Big thanks again to Phil!

Rivals have been updated as usual; A minor issue with Stocking's wanted sprite has been fixed, and the palettes Bratty and Trickster have been renamed to Backlace and Hush, to go along with a new naming scheme.

The original member of Duochrome Pack, Stocking, makes her grand return! A huge thanks this time to @Setdown for making her!

Joining her is her model of course, though it is once again a little different from her sprites, which I hope to change soon! Additionally, Kneesocks' rivals have been updated to include Stocking again, and I've readded the 3 custom palettes from the old version of the pack as a bonus.

Hey everyone. I was expecting this update to be another model, but it's come to light that much of the work in the pack previously was traced, and I've had to make the decision to effectively restart Duochrome Pack. I'm hoping to rebuild it soon, but for the time being, the pack will now only consist of Kneesocks and her model. Sorry to everyone affected by this turn of events.
