Hydra Pack Regenerated 1.5

Metl:
Metl has been updated to her current, established vtuber design. Considerable maintenance to sprites to bring them more up to my current artistic standards as well.

[New] S-273:
Metl's previous design has been separated as a new character, inhereting the original sound effects as a true legacy version, extra dedicated to the character being, specifically, designed for SRB2Kart, and further developed into Ring Racers with the introduction of the voice changer I use for her.

To keep up with standards, this version of Metl will serve as the definitive of all previous versions that came before, until another version is deemed necessary, and has been updated accordingly alongside the redesigned Metl.
Major updates include reworking of hair highlights; shading updates; addition of lesser back hairs; additional metallic highlights

Hydra Pack has fully regenerated to its pre-Ring Racers state with the addition of Leaf to the roster!

Metl also receives couple of updated voice lines and some minor sprite/signpost changes.
