Joypolis Evil Zone 1.2.1

Had it confirmed to me that PlayCredits just doesn't work with addon cups, so I went ahead and removed it from the SOC. I also added the new songs to AssociatedMusic, so hopefully that works.

Not much in the way of actual changes to the track, but a lot of ACS stuff has been reworked and expanded upon.

- ACS music remapping taken farther than... basically any other map out right now that I can think of. Taken too far? Naaaaaah don't even worry about it. It's all in the name of Joy. (Also the file size is like way bigger because of all the music added for music remapping. Don't worry about it. It's okay.)
- General ACS cleanup to make code a little nicer and a little more commented.
- Additional Devious Egg Men should now always spawn correctly on new laps. Watch out!
- Alternate scenario with a 1/25 chance of occurring in normal play, and guaranteed to occur in Encore Mode. You may have a new friend out there in the other dimension...
- Nickeljoy Cup is supposed to play credits now but I don't think this actually works for addon cups? It should be set correctly and everything, but nope, doesn't happen.

Just a quick update to set NoVisitNeeded = True in the map's SOC, so you don't have to play the cup to unlock the track. It will be there, ready for you, with welcoming arms regardless of what you have or have not braved to reach that point.
