JoyBoy's Fabulous Pack 2.5

Guess who has two thumbs and kept forgetting to work on what was supposed to be a small update? Probably some other guy, because I went swimming near a landfill one time and now I've got this weird, malformed, thumb-esque growth coming out the back of my neck.

My goal with this Quick Mini Update (tm) was threefold: 1) Touch up on some existing racer sprites that were honestly quite rushed, 2) add a bunch of followers, and 3) add three racers to round the racer count out to a nice, even 25. I completely forgot that third objective and accidentally overachieved by making a 26th character, but, hey, much like my thumbs, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
