This Update is to fix an error in Joey's properties that I never realized the problem until recently (oops), while also improving him just a little bit.
Fixed the name of Joey's third rival, they should now appear during races!
Updated Joey's boost sounds to be more fitting (and funny to me).
Given Joey a joke signpost, now he can participate in the funnies! Could say it's a work of art.
