[Open Assets] irregular breadstick's breadbowl V3.1

it's officially been exactly 1 year since my last update

...and this one isnt what you may have been anticipating :c

• -added bokkun
• -updated lakitu's gibs to use to the new spr2 gib system, meaning fav's gib lua is no longer being used

with the release of 2.4, i'm able to rid this pack of the gib lua thanks to the new SPR2 gib system. an update making use of this system has been long overdue, but i was waiting till i had the next major update done (which hasn't happened yet :D) anyway i'm throwing bokkun out of jail cause i felt bad keeping him for so long plus no other chars are really done yet. a lot is planned/in progress, but time and motivation are something i have less of these days, so it's defenitely gonna be a while.
