Only one change in this tiny and potentially optional update.

+ Removed 3 'kartmaker blue' pixels on Watchog's signpost.

I do not have any content to add, but as I was notified of this mistake and I really wanted to fix it.

I heard there was some bug with SOC skincolors, so I've decided to do a quick fix to avoid that.

Changes:
* Moved skincolors to lua
* Finally use the correct prefix (whoops!)
