Fixed another Lap Skip. (Thanks to Annie the Fox for showing me it was still in the map :p) Also added some little friends.
This is a recreation of the MKDS track Figure 8 Circuit. It's a race map that's 7 laps, and has a unique shortcut I added to the track to help it stand out from the version on the DS. I looked at some of yall's feedback and improved on various things throughout the map like making the shortcut more consistent, adding more scenery, etc. The scenery is pretty basic for now, but I might improve on it later if yall have any good ideas for it.
