fify's epic pack [DRRR Edition] V11: a very COOL update

FINALLY changed one of 96RAND's rivals to 69SELECT after like 2 years of ignoring to do so

Renamed Waddle dee to Darrey

• look im sorry but naming a character waddle dee while giving him text to speech voicelines makes me feel like im larping kirby so i thought it would be better to give him a different name other than waddle dee :(

Now for the very overdue and copypasted from the original pack (yes i am THAT lazy) with a few changes 2000 downloads speech:

holy i didnt really expect this mod to get like 2000 downloads but, thank yall i guess, considering this mods amateur quality for lack of a better word i was kinda expecting this mod to get like 10-90 downlads but the fact that people like my VERY crudely drawn characters so much to the point where this mod and its srb2k equivalent got over 2000 downloads is crazy to me like, im no advanced spriter like Aaron, Aqua, and Unfunnio, i dont know the simple fundamentals of shading and fitting within the ring racers artstyle and having a consistent spritesheet and all that and a mod with mediocre spritework somehow got popular enough to atleast get 1000 downloads and to that i say,

thank you, thank you for letting this mod reach a threshold that didnt feel like it was supposed to be met, the entire point of fify's epic pack was supposed to add stuff i like, characters i liked or just ocs i made in scratch, or ones that i made up when making a mod (like 96RAND and Facey), there was no certain goal of downloads i was aiming for and it hit the goal that i didnt really intend to get, it feels so surreal for a mod with a beginner-like spriting style to obtain a small yet big milestone (well at least to me of course).

And you might be asking yourself this, "fify why dont you add another character to your character pack instead of patches you now decide to patch after a million years?" bc of lack of motivation to do or add anything to this mod, you see i was originally gonna release spinbobert (yk like the enemy from srb2 haunted heights?) but i kinda lost the original files and i just kinda gave up on making characters (yea ik that sounds dumb to give up on making characters for ring racers bc you lost the files on the character you were making but trust me on this). Now if i feel like it i MIGHT make another character for ring racers, that is if i gain the motivation to make one. If i DO make another character, 9 times out of 10 its gonna be an oc and i might make a custom stat sheet if i have enough time.

Even after all of the procrasinating and motivation loss Im really proud that (well some) people genuinely liked this mod and its srb2k equivalent that it reached 2000 downloads on both its pages despite its quality sprite-wise.

P.S Not-so Fun Fact: this wouldve came out like 2 days ago if a power outage didnt stay around my house for said 2 days

yeah this mini-update only focuses on Squareman changes in his wanted, hurt and mini map sprites

also his name is capitalized in-game now it was a thing that was bothering me (and probably a few other people) for a while and i refused to notice it until now

Harken from the hit roblox game Die of death arrives to Dr robotnik and tails' racing shenanigans! (lets pray to god that she doesnt hear too much noise in these races)

i was originally going to release them along with another character in the future but since its Dr. Robotniks ring racers' 1st anniversary how about i release missing.file on this joyus occasion

after a month of procrastination taking a break,

Waddle Dee ACTUALLY looks worried now

and Facey no longer looks like he was converted to 144p!

and also one of faceys voicelines has been altered so that he actually says projectiles now

thats right, byron got a whole re-do with his sprites (and a couple of his voicelines bc i didnt like them) and he also got his stats changed to 8, 7
