Eclipse the Darkling 0.3 - Proto-Form

I ended up with a lot of complications on making a moster form exactly the way I wanted, but I want to update this and "vacation" myself from this project.
That being said, I'm satisfied with what I managed to make work.

sprite stuff i forgot to do

Tweaked some sprites, nerfed his homing dash, fixed his tail, and a tweaked the lil' secret feature added new dash sprites for his super form
