[Open Assets] BlakPack for Followers 1.2

To celebrate the release of my second character mod, I've brought Ash's staff to Ring Racers as a follower! She poses with it in her artwork and even uses it for combat in her own universe. See the Overview page to see/hear it in action.

The leaf on the right side now differs in color from the left one (7th and 8th on the color change ramp instead of both being slot 7). The arrow is also now subject to color change (slot 13), instead of just being dark green regardless of flavor choice.
