[Open Assets] Cray's Colorbook Character Pack /w new Kart template v3

Yet again, we come up with another update that introduces the following 2 things:

New racer MOORHUHN from all those classic kart racers he starred in (2 is the best one, change my mind)

New KART template within the PK3! This one is from the Moorhuhn Kart series, which I plan on porting at least a few into!

The add-on pack has been renamed "The Crays Colorbook". Essentially just acting as a ground for me to release the characters that I have made over a very irregular period of time!

Newest addition: The old fart Old Manton from Antonball Deluxe crashes into the course with a speed of 6 and a weight of 3!

There was an issue with one of the sprites having a transparency spot not being deleted in the hurt A2/8 sprites, this hotfix should take care of it.
