[Open Assets] Comet Dash 2a

• buffed the dash speed underwater and while super
• fixed jank with non-rebound collision against objects and walls
• sonic now faces the correct direction in manual mode

hi, the comet dash has been upgraded with a new effect (sprite made by golden shine)

i've also changed the behaviour of the dash to remove the upwards curve because idk why i even added that really

also the wall bounce now only occurs if you are holding JUMP

Changelog:

• Properly cancel the dash if Sonic is hurt
• Fixed being able to rebound off monitors
