Hello, first time posting on here! I went ahead and whipped up a nice little WAD for one of my many, many OCs, Cobalt! He's a short but powerful android kid, who fights crime and runs a game-shop on the side, and now he's here to beat everyone to the finish line!
Cobalt is a Class C racer. His stats are 8 Speed, and 3 Weight, making him share a slot with Surge. Voice lines/sound effects were sampled from Megaman Volnutt from Megaman Legends 1, and some 90's mecha anime SFX (sampled from Evangelion/Gundam) as i kinda struggled to get fitting lines for ALL of the voice files.
Either way, i hope you all enjoy this character! Let me know what you guys think!
