- Modify: ASK ME - Maintain: IN MY ABSENCE - Others must ask me for permission before modifying my submission or use it in their own work, and I reserve the right to say no for any reason. However, if I can no longer be contacted, I give permission for my entire submission to be maintained by others.
Joining the Fray, BassEXE the self proclaimed strongest Netnavi of the Net and the Undernet tries his hand in finding a worthy opponent to quench his thirst for power and strength. Who knows, Maybe he may even encounter his long time blue rival during his search (Or be mistaken for another) but only time will tell.
In the past during srb2kart, His stat block used to be between that of shadow and vyse (8 Speed, 6 Weight). Now that Bass is in Ring Racers however to accommodate to the game's new playstyle, He now shares the same stat block as shadow alone [9 Speed, 2 Weight] so to those who mains him normally will be able to play as Bass with relative ease.
As a side note, I planned on initially making a version of him where he's wearing his cloak but That'll come at a later date in the future when I have the time for it. With that being said and all of the above mentioned, You can download the wad file for him at the top of this post
